Winter Solstice Celebrations & Light Rituals
In just a couple of days we will reach the winter solstice…the darkest time of the year. It always seems extra-dark in the snow belt here in Utica, New York. It seems like a good time to ponder the Old Sayings / Modern Wisdom below. All Wisdom traditions and cultures have created rituals that celebrate bringing light into the darkness at this time of year.
