After a bout of ritual excess during the holidays I turn to soup making to restore some balance. Here is one of my favorite recipes. I make it often. It is quick and freezes well. Let me know how you like it? (The recipe calls for Roasted Peanut Oil, which really is an important taste in the recipe, but can be hard to find. I order mine from Amazon. I whiz the coriander and mustard seeds in a coffee grinder.)
